Library Cards
All Ohio residents are eligible to apply for a library card without charge. Please stop by the Circulation desk and complete a brief application. Be sure to bring your identification with current name and address (drivers license or government issued photo ID) and a piece of mail received by the applicant as a second form of mailing address. Minors under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian's signature to receive a card. A $2.00 replacement fee will be charged for lost cards. Please report a stolen card immediately. Lost cards may be replaced for a fee of $2.00
You must have your library card with you to check out library materials. You are responsible for all materials checked out on your library card.
